Yoga for all ages with a Jewish Twist
Only Experience Needed: Ability to Breathe
This yoga class is great for stress relief and grounding. It is also so important to move our bodies in atypical ways as we are spending so much more time sitting in our homes.
Wear comfortable clothes and use a mat if you have one or a carpeted area. This is subtle yoga, so the poses are not difficult, but you use your breath to work on the internal systems in your body. It is a fun way to decompress. This will be a great way for kids to do some physical activity too.
